SB 1618 (2012) -  Child Pornography

Revising the definition of the term “child pornography” to include visual depictions in which it appears that a minor is engaging in sexual conduct; providing that proof of the identity of a minor is not required; including possession of child pornography within specified offenses; providing penalties, etc.
