Postsecondary Education: Requiring that the Auditor General notify the Legislative Auditing Committee of any financial or operational audit report indicating that a state university or state college has failed to take full corrective action in response to recommendations in previous audit reports; revising the duties of the Division of Blind Services within the Department of Education; requiring that Daytona State College be given priority for the use of available property located in Daytona Beach which is no longer needed by the division; establishing the Adults with Disabilities Workforce Education Pilot Program for a specified period in certain counties, etc.
