SB 1860 (2013) -  Drug Trafficking

Providing that a person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this state specified quantities of oxycodone or hydrocodone, or who is knowingly in actual or constructive possession of such quantities of such drugs, commits a felony of the first degree; providing criminal penalties, etc.
