State Employees’ Prescription Drug Program:
Reenacting and amending provisions relating to the state employees’ prescription drug program; establishing a 90-day supply limit for retail and mail order prescription drug purchases for maintenance drugs; removing a provision authorizing the Department of Management Services to implement a 90-day supply limit program under specified circumstances; providing for the reversion of provisions relating to the state employees’ prescription drug program, etc.
