Reenacts & amends provisions relating to state employees' prescription drug program; deletes requirement that DMS base its decision as to whether to implement certain 90-day supply limit on determination that it would be in best financial interest of state; revises pharmacy dispensing fee; authorizes retail pharmacy to fill 90-day supply of certain drugs; repeals reversion of provisions relating to state employees' prescription drug program.
