Authorizing renewed membership in the retirement system for retirees who are reemployed in a position eligible for the Elected Officers’ Class under certain circumstances; authorizing renewed membership in the retirement system for retirees of the Senior Management Service Optional Annuity Program who are reemployed on or after a specified date; requiring that certain retirees who are employed on or after a specified date be renewed members in the investment plan; redefining the term “eligible employee”, etc.
