General Bill
Traffic Safety:
Prohibiting the use of electronic communications devices by certain drivers; providing for a voluntary checkoff on driver license applications to permit contributions to the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety; providing that such contributions are not considered income of a revenue nature for purposes of a service charge, etc.
