Solvency of Health Maintenance and Prepaid Limited Health Service Organizations:
Revises requirements for reports by health service organization; provides that HMO is insurer for purposes of certain statutes; revises insurance premium calculation & surplus requirements for HMO; revises requirements for annual & quarterly reports by HMO; revises provisions regarding payment of expenses for examinations; provides that certain assets of HMO may not be considered assets for certain purposes; repeals provisions relating to payment of dividends by HMO.
