Authorizes Board of Medicine, Board of Osteopathic Medicine, & DOH to deny license to or to discipline hair restoration/transplant surgeon for improper delegation or improper acceptance of delegation of certain tasks; authorizes delegation of certain tasks; requires hair restoration/transplant surgeon to document certain information of individual who accepts delegation; requires health care provider of hair restoration/transplant to inform patient of identity & training status of individuals involved in patient's care.
