SB 1192 (2015) -  Penalties for Driving Under the Influence

Providing that a court may order a transdermal monitor device or treatment program, or both, in lieu of an ignition interlock device for violations of driving under the influence under certain circumstances; requiring the offender to assume reasonable costs for such transdermal monitoring under certain circumstances, etc.
