CS/SB 1302 (2015) -  Contaminated Sites

General Bill by Environmental Preservation and Conservation and Evers
Contaminated Sites: Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to include protocols for the use of long-term natural attenuation where site conditions warrant; revising how cleanup target levels are applied where surface waters are exposed to contaminated groundwater; adding further criteria to brownfield site and brownfield areas contamination cleanup criteria, etc.
