CS/SB 1536 (2015) -  Public Records/Florida RICO Act Investigations

Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain documents and information held by an investigative agency pursuant to an investigation relating to an activity prohibited under the Florida RICO Act; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1514 or similar legislation relating to offenses concerning racketeering and illegal debts takes effect, if such legislation is enacted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law
