Public Corruption: Revising the definition of the term “bribery”; revising requirements for prosecution; revising the prohibition against unlawful compensation or reward for official behavior to conform to changes made by the act; revising the prohibition against official misconduct to conform to changes made by the act; revising applicability of the offense to include public contractors, etc.
