General Bill by Finance and Tax and Flores
Aviation Fuel Taxes: Revising eligibility criteria for wholesalers and terminal suppliers to receive refunds or credits of previously paid excise taxes; providing for future repeal; revising the rate of the excise tax on certain aviation fuels, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2016
