HB 725 (2016) -  Sexual Offense Victim or Witness Testimony

Authorizes trial court to order videotaping of testimony of victim of sexual battery; expands who may stipulate that requirement for presence of judge at videotaping of testimony may be waived; authorizes trial court to order use of closed circuit television in proceedings involving victim of sexual battery; permits certain persons to be present in room during recording of testimony; redefines term "sexual offense victim or witness."
