Requiring instructional materials to meet certain standards; requiring each district school board to adopt a process allowing a taxpayer to object to the use of specific instructional materials based on specified criteria; revising the requirement that the district school superintendent certify that all instructional materials used by the district for core courses meet certain standards, etc.
