HB 909 (2016) - Special Assessments

Special Assessments: Requires county or municipality to reduce its ad valorem tax levy by estimated amount of revenue to be generated from certain special assessments levied after specified date; prohibits such special assessment from exceeding corresponding reduction in county's or municipality's ad valorem tax levy.
