Providing exemptions from public records requirements for all personal identifying information of an individual for whom a petition or order is filed under The Baker Act; providing exemptions from public records requirements for the petition and any ex parte orders for involuntary examination; providing exemptions from public records requirements for petitions and court orders for involuntary outpatient or inpatient placement; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
