Prescribing Medicinal Drugs and Controlled Substances: Authorizing certain health care practitioners to include medical conditions on prescriptions if a certain waiver is obtained, and to direct pharmacists and dispensing practitioners to include the conditions on the labels of dispensing containers, etc.
