Requiring the Department of the Lottery to verify whether certain prize claimants owe debts relating to registration as specified types of offenders; providing an additional mandatory term of imprisonment for specified offenses committed by sexual offenders and sexual predators; providing enhanced criminal penalties for repeat violations of provisions prohibiting forcing, compelling, or coercing another to become a prostitute; providing criminal penalties for first and subsequent offenses of sexting, etc.
