Provides for mobile home park owner to increase lot rental of purchaser of mobile home on leased lot in mobile home park; provides limitations on amount of rent increase; provides guidelines for determining amount of adjustment; requires disclosure statement to be executed before or at time of purchase; limits amount of lot rental increase on lot that was previously subject to lifetime lease; provides penalty.
