General Bill
Emergency Services for an Unintentional Drug Overdose:
Requiring a hospital providing emergency services to a person suffering from an unintentional drug overdose to provide certain services and information; providing conditions for transfer of a patient to a licensed detoxification or addictions receiving facility, etc.
