International Financial Institutions: Extending the expiration date of the term “international trust entity"; extending the expiration date of a moratorium on the Office of Financial Regulation’s enforcement of licensing requirements for certain organizations or entities under certain circumstances; repealing provisions relating to the repeal of the definition of the term “international trust entity” and to the moratorium on the office’s enforcement of certain licensing requirements, etc.
