Requiring the court to pay reasonable fees to members of the examining committee for their evaluation and testimony regarding persons with disabilities; requiring the court to pay for the evaluation and testimony of an expert for a defendant on conditional release under certain circumstances; authorizing a defendant who has an alleged pregnancy to retain, at the defendant’s expense rather than the county’s, one or more physicians, etc.
