General Bill
Public Records/Victims of Human Trafficking:
Providing for redaction and sealing of personal identifying information of victims of human trafficking upon request; exempting from public records requirements the redacted and sealed information; providing for future review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date:
On the same date that SB 338 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
