Requiring the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, subject to appropriation, to contract with individuals and entities to provide alternative treatment options for certain veterans; authorizing the Supreme Court of Florida to admit on motion a bar applicant who is the spouse of a servicemember stationed in this state under certain circumstances; requiring the Department of Education to expedite the processing of an application for educator certification submitted by the spouse of a servicemember stationed in this state; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt rules regarding extending validity of a temporary certificate if the applicant is the spouse of a servicemember stationed in this state, etc.
