HB 1259 (2018) -  Nondisclosure and Settlement Agreements

Prohibits certain nondisclosure agreements as condition of employment; provides that nondisclosure agreements that prevent disclosure of sexual harassment or sexual activity are void & unenforceable; prohibits retaliatory action for such disclosure; provides cause of action; authorizes damages; provides statute of limitations; provides restrictions on certain settlement agreements.
