SB 154 (2019) -  Medical Marijuana Retail Facilities

Requiring that the medical marijuana use registry maintained by the Department of Health be accessible to medical marijuana retail facilities for certain verification purposes; prohibiting a medical marijuana treatment center from owning or operating a medical marijuana retail facility; requiring the department to license medical marijuana retail facilities, beginning on a specified date, for a specified purpose; requiring that the department identify applicants with strong diversity plans and implement training and other educational programs to enable certain minority persons and enterprises to qualify for licensure, etc.
