Advanced Well Stimulation Treatment: Defining the terms “high-pressure well stimulation” and “matrix acidization”; prohibiting the performance of high-pressure well stimulation or matrix acidization; clarifying that permits for drilling or operating a well do not authorize the performance of high-pressure well stimulation or matrix acidization, etc.
