SB 1058 (2019) -  State Hemp Program

Creating the state hemp program within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; providing requirements for program registration and distribution and retail sale of hemp, hemp products, and hemp extract; directing the Commissioner of Agriculture, in consultation with the Governor and Attorney General, to submit a specified plan to the United States Secretary of Agriculture; authorizing universities to implement industrial hemp pilot projects pursuant to the state hemp program, etc.
