SB 1322 (2019) -  Availability of Marijuana for Medical Use

Redefining the term “medical use” to include the possession, use, or administration of marijuana in a form for smoking; revising provisions related to the licensure of and functions of medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs); requiring the Department of Health to adopt by rule certain operating standards and procedures; providing marijuana transportation requirements; establishing that a county or municipality may not prohibit deliveries of marijuana to qualified patients and caregivers within the county or municipality, etc.
