SB 784 (2020) -  Assisted Living Facilities

Defining the terms “medication technician” and “point-of-care devices”; providing that the owner or administrator of a facility is responsible for arranging medical evaluations and reevaluations of individuals admitted to or residing in the facility to assess the appropriateness of admission or continued residence; making the results of certain agency surveys inadmissible in certain civil proceedings, with exceptions; providing for minimum requirements and specifications for training of medication technicians, etc.
