SB 1126 (2020) -  Employment Conditions

Prohibiting a political subdivision from establishing, mandating, or otherwise requiring an employer to offer conditions of employment which are not otherwise required by state or federal law; specifying that the regulation of conditions of employment is expressly preempted to the state, etc.
