Deleting the requirement that the executive director of the Office of Public and Professional Guardians be a member of The Florida Bar; revising continuing education requirements for guardians; authorizing guardians to satisfy certain education requirements through courses offered by the office; requiring the clerks of court to notify the office of any sanctions imposed on professional guardians, within a specified timeframe, etc.
