Juror Service: Revising the rate of compensation for jurors; prohibiting the use of peremptory challenges to strike prospective jurors in criminal jury trials that commence on or after a specified date; requesting the Florida Supreme Court to amend Rule 1.431(d), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, to prohibit the use of peremptory challenges in jury selection for civil jury trials, etc.
