General Bill
Officer Training for Initial Certification:
Requiring the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission to establish and maintain standards for instruction of officers in the subjects of implicit bias and deescalation of conflict to minimize violence; requiring every basic skills course required for officers to obtain initial certification to include such training, etc.
