Film, Television, and Digital Media Targeted Rebate Program:
Creates Film, Television, & Digital Media Targeted Rebate Program within DEO; requires that film, television, & digital media projects being produced in this state meet specified criteria for rebate eligibility; requires DEO to disqualify project under certain circumstances; provides for liability & imposing civil & criminal penalties for applicant that submits fraudulent information; provides for expiration of program.
