Coverage for Hearing Aids for Children: Requiring certain individual health insurance policies to provide coverage for hearing aids for children 18 years of age or younger, under certain circumstances; requiring certain individual health maintenance organization contracts to provide coverage for hearing aids for children 18 years of age or younger, under certain circumstances; requiring the hearing aids to be prescribed, fitted, and dispensed by specified health care providers; specifying certain coverage requirements, etc.
