HB 1573 (2021) -  Excessive Use of Force by Law Enforcement Officers

Requires law enforcement officer to intervene when another officer is using or attempting to use excessive force; requires law enforcement officer to render aid to victim of excessive force; requires law enforcement officer to report use of excessive force by another officer; requires law enforcement officer to report commission of criminal offense by another officer while on duty.
