Gaming Enforcement: Authorizes Office of Statewide Prosecution to investigate & prosecute certain offenses; creates Florida Gaming Control Commission; provides for powers, duties, membership, & removal; provides employee rights, requirements, & powers; requires background screening; provides standards of conduct; requires annual training; requires Commission on Ethics to investigate violations of standards of conduct; provides requirements relating to ex parte communications; provides civil penalties; provides duties of Commission on Ethics; transfers powers, duties, functions, & unexpended balances of funds of DBPR to Florida Gaming Commission; requires DLA to provide administrative support to commission.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 7055 or similar legislation takes effect
