Requiring the Commissioner of Education to develop criteria for a civic literacy practicum that meets certain goals; authorizing the practicum to be incorporated into a school’s curriculum beginning in a specified school year; establishing the Citizen Scholar Program within the University of South Florida; prohibiting engaging in protest civics from counting toward credit under the Citizen Scholar Program, etc.
