Creating the Condominium Fraud Investigation Pilot Program within the Department of Legal Affairs in the Office of the Attorney General; authorizing the department to contract with a private entity to achieve the purpose of the program; requiring that the pilot program be funded from the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund; providing for future repeal of the program unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature, etc.
