Fee Waivers For Students Living in Recovery Residence: Authorizes FCS institutions, career centers, & charter technical career centers to waive out-of-state fees for students living in recovery residence; prohibits tuition & fees charged to student who is granted waiver from exceeding tuition & fees charged to resident student; provides requirements for such students & waivers.
