HB 339 (2022) -  Family Law Court Recordings

Requires family law court proceedings be electronically or stenographically recorded; prohibits such recording from omitting any part of proceeding; requires recordings or transcripts of proceedings be made available to parties for purchase; requires court to provide indigent party with electronic recording or transcript of proceedings in certain circumstances at no cost.
