Providing an exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of meetings of the Community Violence Task Force during which exempt or confidential and exempt information is discussed; requiring the recording and transcription of exempt portions of such meetings; providing an exemption from public records requirements for such recordings and transcripts; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1196 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
