Creates program within DBPR; requires Architect Education Minority Assistance Advisory Council to assist Board of Architecture & Interior Design with administering program; provides funding requirements for scholarships provided under program; caps amount of funds DBPR may spend annually on program; prohibits person from knowingly filing documents with board which contain false information or material misstatements of fact.
