Creating the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact; requiring compact states to recognize the right of psychologists to practice telepsychology and practice temporarily in compact states under the compact; establishing the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission; requiring the Department of Health to report certain investigative information to the coordinated licensure information system; requiring the Board of Psychology to appoint an individual to serve as the state’s commissioner on the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission, etc.
