HB 1091 (2022) -  Late or Delinquent Medical Account Reporting

Prohibits consumer reporting agencies from using late or delinquent medical accounts in consumer credit score calculations; requires consumer reporting agencies to provide specified grace period before reporting late or delinquent medical accounts; directs DACS to adopt rules.
