Exempting complaints acknowledged as correct by the Department of Revenue from the requirement for a value adjustment board to render a written decision; revising prohibitions on the types of suits a property appraiser may bring; revising the types of activities by lessees of governmental property which are deemed to be governmental, municipal, or public purposes or functions; revising the conditions pursuant to which a specified ad valorem tax exemption remains valid, etc.
