Revises provisions relating to installation, maintenance, repair, replacement & removal of hurricane protection; provides requirements for certificate attesting to unit owners' vote for hurricane protection; revises when cost of installation of hurricane protection is common expense; authorizes expenses be charged to unit owners, which become assessments; requires unit owners to be excused from assessments or to receive credit for hurricane protection that has been installed; provides amount of credit.
